1. What information we collect online. The information collected by us falls in to broadly two categories: Personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information refers to details such as your name, designation, your business, activities, your e-mail ID etc. while non- personally identifiable information refers to data which we collect when the visitor visits website such as pages visited, the time spent on a page, Unified Resource Locator (URL) and the next URL and so on. The information collected in this category in no way linked to a particular person.

2. Why do we collect this information? Personally identifiable information is used to register the order, dispatch the material ordered by you and also send to you any special offers. The purpose of collecting non-personally identifiable information is to analyze the customer behaviour after aggregating the data.  This analysis helps us in improving the content of website.

When do we collect this information: During Registration process: While the user can surf freely on our most of the website and view technical specifications of the products, without giving his personal information, but if he wants to place the order, he needs to register with us. In this registration process he tells us about his name, address, email ID, about his company.

While placing the order: After he/she decides what to buy, we ask him about shipping/billing address, and other particulars that may be necessary for order execution.  He also needs to tell us about his credit card details if he opts to pay through credit card. Credit card information is handled by us in a secure manner.

While asking us to do sourcing:  When the user wants us to do sourcing of components, which are not tested on our website or have specifications different than what he wants, the user needs to give us his personal identification such as name, address, email address etc.

4. Choices available to you: If you do not want to get the information through e-mails on technology trends or on special Campaign, you can say no while giving your personal information and such information will not be emailed to you.
